Anyways, you can easily do it yourself, it's really not that hard man.

 

-Copy and paste the empire acclamator

-Rename the SpaceUnit Name

-Change Affiliation to Rebel

-Add entry to rebel list of buildables

 

-Refine values as necessary

Use notepad to edit the files, also use the search if you want answers, no need for you to keep repeating yourself, keep it up you will probably find yourself banned.
