Where do I find??

The file to attach my npc spawning script. I want to do it on tatooines docking bay, but I dunno where to find either a) the gizka talking speech, or b) The docking fee speech, and either way I dunno how I'd add it.

 

I used dark333s tutorial, the instructions are as follows:
