CTD on leaving Dxun

Hello all, new comer here, and im on my 1st run of TSL. Pretty good game so far, but iv run into an inescapable ctd. After finishing up on onderan? (sp?) Upon trying to enter the ebon hawk to leave the jungle moon of Dxun, the game will always crash upon the loading screen. I have restarted to see if it would help, but it didnt. Any help would be great thanks, and here is my system info (sorry if its a tab bit long, seemed long to me):
