Walking Issues [spoilers for first two hours of play]

There is a major glitch with walking for me, and I haven't made it off Peragus because of it. On the administration level, twice I have been completely unable to use the movement keys to walk (though I could still click on things to move) though it wore off after I did... um.... things I forget. Also, the forward and backward buttons movement keys shut off sometimes with the side ones still working. When I got through and talked to T3-M4, and then switched to him, the first area I froze a little at, but I found my way down, and then the movement keys weren't working again, and this time they didn't

fix itself! I can make it throught the door and beat the droids, gather from the corpses, but then I can't make it back! Here is what Scan Hardware says:
