Dismemberment mod?

I once saw a mod that allowed you to sever npc's limbs. was that Outcast II or was it another one? I know I've seen it on a friends computer.

You can use cheats to do it actually even, just type this in the console:

 

helpusobi 1

g_saberrealisticcombat 1 or higher.

Im new to forums so hello everyone.Well,this cheat dosen't always works[i couldn't get it to work],so i prefer the site http://www.blutpatches.de/ .Remember this site is in german.Once you download it,you need to set some options and then you can go dismemberming everything.I hope this helps.
