Tatooine problems! (KoToR) [Spoilers]

Okay. So I've gotten the Star Maps from Dantooine, Tatooine(spelling?), Korriban, and im currently working on Manaan.

 

I decided to further some side quests:

 

1. the Canderous VS. Jagi quest 'popped' on me WHILE I was walking infront of the sand crawler where the fight WOULD have spawned. This is when Jagi -challanges- him not fights him. Now all I have is two rodian thugs standing out infront of the Sand Crawler but no Jagi, I can't get him to spawn.

2. I just activated the Mission Griff side quest (her brother). This is AFTER I have cleared the sand people enclave.

3. I just activated the Bastilia side quest involving her mother/father.

4. I have the genoharadan quest to assassinate the guy in Tatooine.

 

The problems:

-Jagi won't spawn.

 

-When I try to enter the 'Eastern Dune Sea' it 'autosaves' to about 1/3-1/4 and stops there. It won't progess any further with the loading of that particular area.

 

-I can enter the area outside of the Sand People Enclave however when I try to enter the Enclave itself I'm shown the start menu screen with the "New Game" button highlighted. The mouse doesn't work on the menu.

 

So this pretty much means all of these 'big' quests are dead-ended for me, what am I supposed to do?!

I've tried restarting the computer, the game, flying away and back to the area. I've tried unequipping everything before moving forward, going solo, going with various party members.
