Hood mesh & skin idea

Hey alll,

I am trying (with no great success so far) to modify a hood mesh and its skin to make it look like Quinlan Vos hair cut.

 

Here is the pic that made me think about it:

 

 

I believe someone with real mesh & skinning skills (not like me) can do this without too much trouble.
