lukeiamyourdad
1 Kylobyte = 8 Kilobits Usually, when talking about kylobytes, people use "KB/s" and when talking about kilobits, they use "Kbps" to avoid possible confusion. So yeah, 50 KB/s isn't very fast. Downloading a file right now with a fairly small amount of seeders at 99 KB/s. It keeps varying between 90 and 120 which isn't too bad. Some torrent site will allow you to see the number of seeders and downloaders for a particular file. If you choose to download one that has barely any users behind it, don't expect good speeds. Choose your torrents. However, like explained in jmac's link, it's not an absolute. Though I do have an upload limit, my connection is pretty damn good. Not the best, just good
