If I were you I would buy new or used copy in English somewhere (maybe at AppleStore - it isn't cheap but it's 100% legal and for Mac). Each language version differs in sound files (speech), dialog.tlk, chitin.key and maybe some scripts with custom tokens as far as I know. There could be other files like videos aso. whose differ.
