Revan05 Posted November 20, 2006 Posted November 20, 2006 I need a tutorial or help on how to make a HUd, I can change the colours and that but how do I change the shape? (I don't want something like: you edit the .menu file cause that doesn't help), so anyone that can help please do.
master_rookus Posted November 25, 2006 Posted November 25, 2006 lol, open the asstes1.pk3 file, go to the folder gfx/hud and here you have a bunch of files, and only one is the right...that's the hudleft.tga file. open it with photoshop, gimp or any other TGA editing program. Later you make a new pk3, make in a map "gfx", in this map a folder "hud" and than you copy your modifed hudleft.tga file into this map, save it into your base folder as a pk3, and voila! you have it! ^^
