Kaal-Jhyy
Hello there First, I want to apologize if this question has already been asked, but I don't know why, I can search in all forums but the Galaxies one... I'm actually collecting sound effects from Star Wars games, and Galaxies seems to be a very helpfull source. I've tried to unpack the files "data1.cab" and "data2.cab" with WinZIP, WinRAR and other unpackers but I always have the same error message "the file is unknown or damaged" (or something similar). So, are those .cab files "special", is there an app capable of unpack them? Thanks
Tylea002
well, I think they are "special" but there are easier ways to get star wars sound effects
Kaal-Jhyy
What are those "easy ways" please? I might be interested. For the SWG files, it seems that the .tre files inside the installed game folder can be opened with TRE Archiver. Problem resolved.
