Elven Armour and weapons for KotOR 1 and TSL

I want to make an armour/weapon set based off of elven armour from the Fellowship of the Ring Prologue or the Battle for Helm's Deep, yet I can't for the life of me mod the games.

 

Some of my ideas are:

For a bow: Increase the Bowcaster's Range and slightly increase the damage.

create a sword that looks like/is Hadhafang (Arwen's Sword)

For a spear: if it is possible to remove the lower blade on a double balded weapon, then lengthen the hilt and shorten the upper blade.

Maybe some elven robes too.
