Precognition power learned from Handmaiden sparring

I notice that this power is supposed to add the players wisdom modifier to defense. However, this appears to only work up to a certain point as in my most recent game I have noticed as my wisdom modifier grows my defense does not. I attempted to check the code for this force power, but I am not finding it in k_inc_force.nss. Anyone know where this is or if there is in fact a cap to the wisdom modifiers affect on defense.
