Need a Custom Npc made for my project

I am hoping some out there would be willing to make mew a Custom npc who will be the main villein.

 

The NPC name is Darth Nexus or Lady Nexus who was Sith student who has taken advantage of the power vacuum. With no other Sith and Jedi all but destroyed. Darth Nexus is very sexy and cruel human women. Who take pleasure in causing other pain and suffering.

 

The drawing that was made for me can give you idea what I like to see. I like the npc to be wearing a revealing but yet Sith looking robe. She does not have to have tattoos. Well any way if you could come up with something like the drawing for I be very happy.

 

One other note I I don't what the metal leggings or elbow gloves or the spike or if you like them make them smaller and less visible. I what the focus to be on npc. The play should easily see a very young and pretty women who look very cold and evil.
