T3 needs an upgrade!

Could anyone give T3 the two following abilities please, just to give T3 more of an astromech feel:

 

1. The ability to repair other droids to full health while in the party. He's a mechanic droid, after all.

2. T3 starts the game with a shock arm. I always felt this was something that was built in to astromechs/mechanics so surely this shouldn't be removable. Can the shock arm be made as an attack for T3 rather than a special weapon?

 

The repair ability could be made into a friendly force power on the toolbar, and when activated it could repair all other droids in the party (there'll only ever be one other droid present so it would still be fairly realistic.... With about 3 exceptions, eg. GOTO's yacht, Dxun temple).

 

With the shock arm, I was thinking it could be implemented to T3 the same way Bao's shield arm was put into his normal attack list. So T3 would have that sword-like icon and then the shock arm icon.
