Game won't install.

I booted up the game a while ago, just to play through it again, but it wasn't working. It wasn't recognizing the disk, it would say "Insert disk A/B", and no matter what disk was in, the same message would appear. So I uninstalled it, and now it won't install at all. I go to "Install Grim Fandango", and nothing happens, it just freezes. What is going on here?
