Can't Install because "Couldn't load lec.Setup2.dll"

So excited about the game, it finally got here from Amazon. When I tried to install this message appeared 3 times: "Couldn't load lec.Setup2.dll". Once when I switched discs, once when I switched again, and once when I tried to run from install wizard.

Now the game does not launch. When i dub-click on the icon the hourglass appears for a couple seconds, I hear the disk run, but then nothing happens and the disk stops. I even tried to launch in safe mode from All Programs menu, then it says "This application has failed to start because d3dx9_27.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

I re-installed once. Same thing, except this time I was able to load XFire, whereas the first time for some reason it did not.

Reading some of the other install probs on the forum, I see that some people re-install like 10 times without progress. Should I just keep reinstalling and hope it works, or is that a waste of time.

Including my DxDiag.

Help me, DarthMaulUK, your my only hope. (Just kidding, anyone will do. Please help!)
