(K1) Cut scene broken

So heres my situation i have a bunch of mods installed (will give list at end) and my game runs perfect till i get to dantooine, i get there and i gett the scene where bastilla says they council wants to meet with you. I go there after they say we should talk in private it loads and where there should be a cutscene i am just in the ebon hawk stuck in a room where it says on an invis object "startcut"

 

And thats as far as i can go the mods i have are:

 

Plugin 2 w/fix

Wotor

The juhani reskin

the mod that gives the pc almost like a swat head

Achilles' Jedi Counsel

 

and i edited the dialog for soldier to say Bounty Hunter

 

 

thats it, any help would be greatly appreciated

Go here and try the KotORI Fixed Cutscene File. The problem it fixes sounds pretty much the same as yours.
