any feats mod

I know this has been done with force power where you could get every power no matter your allighnment or jedi type and pick the best of the feat rather starting with the lowest. I would like this mod cause I would like to use miras rocket launcher on my mainguy. It would be a pretty useful. So any takers, I'm no modder but looking at the any spells forcepower mod it doesnt look like it was hard to make
