[TSL] Starting Up Problems

For some strange reason, after I start TSL up, and click on the 'Game' button to start it, a message pops up, saying "Please remove disc from current CD/DVD and insert the original disc in another drive?:."

 

Thing is, it is the original disc, and there is only 1 drive/slot on my computer. I scanned my hardware, and it said that the drivers weren't updated. I updated the latest ones for my graphics card, and it still says it isn't updated. Any help or suggestions :S ?
