Changing dialogue colour

I assume it's possible to change the colour of the dialogues, but how exactly...?

No I doubt this be possible, it is most likely hard coded into the game.

 

Though, it may just be a simple texture, but if you changed that then every dialogue would become that colour, assuming that is how it works.

Really? I wouldn't have thought something as trivial as text colour would be hardcoded... too bad.

Oh that wouldn't be a problem, it would in fact be my intention.
