I need a bit of help.

I have looked all over for some clue as to how i can change this:

to replace the katarn hilt INSTEAD of Arbiter.

 

I've asked many a friends with NO luck, I've googled to the best of my knowledge.

 

I have no idea how to accomplish this.

 

Anyone got a tutorial link, or can do it for me? Or atleast tell me how, in detail.
