darth god Posted November 26, 2007 Posted November 26, 2007 ithink the best way to win a space battle is tov split them up
STORM_92 Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 I do the same thing all the time and amazingly it works, I build up my fleet with as many capitol ships and throw them all at the enemy all at once.
LordOfTheFish Posted February 19, 2008 Posted February 19, 2008 Agression is not everything but it sure does help.
timster0 Posted March 19, 2008 Posted March 19, 2008 Huge hordes of bombers works for me. Once they all die, in go capital ships(Most enemies r destroyed by then).
IFTX Posted October 16, 2008 Posted October 16, 2008 2 Core corvettes, 1 mon cal cruiser, 1 fleet commander. Owns all the time. The buffed up version: 4 Core corvettes, 8 Mon Cals, 2 fleet commanders. Owns even more. Put them in this formation: C=Core. Corvette M=Mon Cal CMC __C C MCMMCM
IFTX Posted October 19, 2008 Posted October 19, 2008 And in the expansion, rebels become massively overpowered in firepower. MC30 owns all except bombers. Units to Kitchen Fighters and bombers=butter Frigates=bread Capital Ships=hard bread Corvettes=blunt hot knife(non-flammable wood) MC30=Chainsaw Always have hot knives next to your bread, don't let butter get smeared on them. Chainsaws will cut through bread and knives with ease, but will be jammed by butter. 2 chainsaws help A LOT when those lots of times where hard bread attacked, ALWAYS have them in a defense garrison.
Chevron 7 locke Posted December 4, 2008 Posted December 4, 2008 I like to set traps. I'll send in one ship and then lure the ships that are following it into a trap. it thins down the enemy numbers and it's pretty effective during long battles
