How to replace Trask?

I'm making a mod that replaces Trask as a Jedi, which becomes your companion. I only know the extreme basics to KOTOR modding. I need to replace the Trask's skin to a Jedi_White_male_01 with the name Reign. And to make sure Darth Bandon doesn't show up. Reign will join my party for the whole game. How do I replace Trask and his voice and conversations? Thanks a lot.
