Cut scene issue (possible spoiler)

I've played through the game a few times and have never had this problem until now. When I reach the point where my good/evil percentae triggers the Visas cutscene the game freezes. I've adjusted the computer and the game hoping to fix the problem but nothing. I removed the mod's that I had added but the issue is still occuring.
