nathan_f72
hey everyone, i'm trying to install flashy new kotor 2 mods, but any one that uses TSL Patcher gives me a "cannot locate the INI file 'changes.ini' with work instructions", then one that says to make sure the 'tslpatchdata' folder containing the 'info.rtf' file is in the same folder as the application. CAN U HELP???
Stream
That sounds like the errors you get if you're using TSL Patcher for you own work. Did the TSL Patcher come with a mod you downloaded, or have you downloaded the pacther from here. If it's the latter and you're trying to create an installation of your own read the pdf manual - it tells you what you have to do and how to do it. If the patcher came with a mod you downloaded, go back to the site you downloaded it from and read the comments to see if anyone else has had the same problem as you. CAN U HELP??? If the mods you are trying to use came compressed with the ZIP format make sure you maintain the folder structure in the archive when you extract it. Some versions of WinZip are bothersome in that they will just flatten the folder structure if you drag-and-drop files out of a ZIP archive. You'll have to use the Extract button instead of dragging and dropping if you use that. When you have extracted the mod you should have a folder named tslpatchdata in the same place as the mod installer EXE file.
