Prestige Classes From the Begginning

I have been creating a mod that starts off with the characters as prestige classes, so far everything has worked, except for two problems so far.

 

1. i get to the point where i have influence them enough that it turns them into the normal jedi gaurdian and so forth. ive read through most of the scripts. but im not finding the file that coverts them to these ranks. does anyone know what file that would be under. and any ideas besides saying that i wouldnt teach them. to get past this point.
