[K1] Auto-level/level up commands missing

Alright, I just reinstalled the game yesterday after a year and a half hiatus and now when the non-pc party members level up, I don't get the option to customize, it just auto levels them. What am I to do?

 

EDIT: Never mind, found option in settings.

Somewhere in the game options there is an option to automatically level up NPC's, try changing that, I can't remember exactly where in the menu it is but it's there somewhere
