Darth Yngwie Posted February 6, 2008 Share Posted February 6, 2008 hi there im actually noob to eaw cuz i got it since yesterday! aight i know that to increase my tech level with the empire i need to build a research center but where do i go to build it? i've conquered around 8 planets now but the icon doesn't appear in any planets that i have.. do i need to focus more on the main story to unlock this building or is there a special planet to conquer or a special command???
