[TSL] Jal Shey/Zeison Sha Armor vs. Battle Precognition

Hi,

 

I have a "simple" question :

The Jal Shey/Zeison Sha Armor say they do not restrict force powers

yet for some reason they do block Battle Precognition ( the passive power that lets you add WIS to your DEF )

 

Do any of you know a way of fixing this?

( I have already tried

changing the 0x003f values to 0x0000 in the spells.2da but for some reason it didn't work :-/ )
