When do the spawning NPC's appear? I went through the trigger sequence for all of them and nothing has happened. Note for posterity, please, PLEASE, PLEASE for the love of the Great Maker... if you are asking for assistance send the modder more than "It doesn't work" if you want actual help you need to provide specifics.
