M4-78 / Jedi Holovid Bug?

The only mod I've currently got installed is the M4-78 v1.1 with the patch, not the USM one, and whenever I go to the Jedi Council Holovid, it starts up, but as soon as the Exile walks up, she decides to stand there and stare absent-mindedly at them. I've tried this with two seperate games, and the same glitch occurs each time. I've removed the M4-78 mod, and it appears to work, but I don't want to lose anything I need in order to go to M4-78. Any advice / solutions?

 

Edit: My modules folder and 'lips' had at some point either gone back to read only, or I'd forgotten to do it at some point. This has fixed the problem, for anyone that has the same issue.
