Flash3
So I decided to make this force power last longer to actually make it worth having, as it is currently totally outclassed by the Speed line of powers. However I've run into a bit of trouble... I discovered it wouldn't be as easy as editing the .2da file. Now I went into the script, and I think I edited it right, and saved it as an .nss, but every time I try to compile it, no .ncs is output (even though it says it is). This is all using KOTOR Tool btw. Is there anyone that can tell me what I'm doing wrong? All I'm trying to do is edit the Force Aura line of powers to last 60 seconds instead of 20. That's an include file and not a stand alone script; it is used by other scripts and cannot be compiled on its own. If you make changes to k_inc_force.nss you need to recompile k_sp1_generic.nss instead, using your modified include file. This script is the impact script for the standard force powers, using the include file.
Flash3
Ah thats exactly what I was doing! Quick question though, what do you mean by using a modified include file? Does that mean pulling out just the part of the script I edited? EDIT: Nvm, I figured it out, thanks much! Just out of curiosity, anyone else agree this is a much needed buff for Force Armor? I mean as it is, Speed makes it almost useless, but in this way it becomes a valuable alternative if you want to go for more defense and less offense.
