Stuck in the Swamp

I'm stuck in the Swamp (where you navigate through a weird maze with a raft, clock, and schedule.)

 

Now since I've gotten the times for my clock, I'm stuck in the swamp. I have done everything the little hint book told me too, but once my "clone" opens the gate and I go south into a 'new' area, the clock says completely different times than what are on my chart thingy. What do I do from here?
