An all black suit with a closed jacket and tie

could anyone make an outfit thats an all black suit excpet for the buttun up shirt under the jacket, can the jacket be closed if possible with a black tie and a fedora like a black one that looks like freddy kruegers? k1 plz

There is a mod on filefront that is a suit like in the men in black movies. There are also hat mods on filefront. If you want pm me the links for stuff you want modded a bit. I warn you, i'm VERY new to modding but i'm willing to learn and help out
