can't get skin!

I've tried to get the skin from the prostheses bloke,only he won't give me it.

I've even managed to get all the other body parts and make the thingy, but i can't get anything else....am i missing something?

go to the manhole by the bank, open the manhole, and then look at manhole lid or manhole, i cant remember, it will have three names, write those names down, when your done with that, go to Prost-whatever shop, and ask dead-eye dave for free stuff, when he's telling the story, use the names you got from the manhole cover!
