getting work contracts

i need to get carla and otis to join my crew - yes right at the beginning of the game lol

 

i got the contracts that were on elaine's table - but otis and carla rejected these as they were manual labour. where can i get non manual labour ones ie the ones that they want

 

please help im not good at this game!

There is a second contract in the mansion called Cushy Edition. Also make sure they are signed by Elaine.
