how does one capture the glow in the dark fish

comon what item do i use to capture the glow fish

u simply use the free scupper-ware from the bank. to get into the bank, strech the prosthetic skin from dead-eye dave's over the man-hole cover. to open the man-hole cover use the broken sword to open this.

go to the bait shop and put some bait in the scupper-ware this should attract the glowing fish
