Help needed! Black screen / Low fps

Hi, time to make my new post here.

So the issue is that when i start KOTOR it plays the Lucasarts / Bioware nicely

But once u should get to menu right away, its only black and takes about few minutes to show the menu, IF i keep going from there, i can expect less than 1fps.

 

-Just Updated to latest drivers

-Did a clean install

-No Mods on to conflict.

-Game worked fine, infact i just played it yesterday.

-Cleaned up %temp% and so on.
