When you're Female Revan and not join with Bastila and take the light side path, you go back to the Ebon Hawk and meet with your crew. Well after the dialogue about what happened with Bastila, Carth doesn't say anything romantic to you but just says "let's go". So there's no romance and no part where Mission says "sheesh, get a room will ya?". And even when you go through the dark side path by joining with Bastila. After you kill Malak, the scene where Carth tries to turn you back to the light side doesn't appear too. It's as if the whole game is set to the Male Revan's version of the game; not female.
