K2 Would someone help me with this?

I wanted to call it “The one mod to rule them all!” and I already posted this idea of mine here:

And on some other forum’s. But since no one’s interested… I don’t think I have much of a choice and try to mod it myself. So please if you can’t help by creating a mod just give me some hints on how to do those modifications. At least the most basic ones and then make them compatible with the restoration mod and so one. I might fail at the very start so I’d like someone to at least guide me threw the process and recommend some tools. Yes I am aware that has been posted but I’d like someone to help out a bit. I’m not even sure where to start.
