Alvin Meister Posted January 6, 2001 Share Posted January 6, 2001 I've looked at a few walkthroughs and have done everything they say (beaten Cheese at Insult Arm Wrestling, got a ship off the Harbour Mistress etc.) but I can't get Carla and Otis to join me. I've given them the signed document but they complain that the job isn't good enough. No walkthroughs seem to help me :-( Also, they mention talking to the Voodoo lady, but I don't know where she is.
