Star Admiral
Do you have the User Account Control enabled on your Vista machine? If so, it may be interfering with KSE's ability to save the modified savegame. Try disabling it. - Star Admiral
bobguy11
i turned it off and tried to edit, but nothing happened. What now?
Star Admiral
I know this sounds stupid, but you did hit "Commit Changes", right? On a more serious note, check the main directory of where you installed KOTOR, and look on the toolbar of the Explorer window for a tab called "Compatibility Folder". Click it and see if there is a folder called "saves" within the Compatibility Folder. - Star Admiral
bobguy11
i found it, what now?
Star Admiral
Try copying the contents of the saves in the Compatibility Folder to the main directory of the game. Be sure to backup the original ones in case something goes wrong. Then check to see if the changes were made. - Star Admiral
