Forest-Ozzie-STUCK!!!!!!

I have been unable to follow Ozzie into the forest.. I get so far and then I get thrown back onto the map..

 

Another thing I can't seem to do is spray the animals with the perfume.. Guybrush refuses to.. And it's getting QUITE annoying..

 

Please Help!

thanks but i tried the perfume again and i got the same reply that he wont do it..

Use the Eau de LeChuck cologne on the animals, not the Home-Made Perfume.

Get the termites and use them on the cane while it is in repair.

thanks for your help! now im stuck somewhere else but i think its because im not doing it in the right order because i keep screwing up (when u use the necklace earrings.. etc on the figurehead.. i cant manage to do something so easy and F up so much more)
