mightybob Posted January 10, 2001 Share Posted January 10, 2001 I've just finished wondering around Monkey island in Act3 trying to figure out just what the hell to do. I came to the conclusion that I would have to use the log flume thing and the boulder throwing thing to get to the other side of the island. Then when I pressed "o" to get the map, Guybrush appeared on the other side of the island without me actually doing anything! Has anyone else had this "problem"? or is there a way to get to the other side without solving any puzzles. Also I have hit Hector on the head with the coconut so he gets some of his memory back, I've tried hitting him with the accordian and milk bottle too but his memory gets lost again. I have done everything right...I have the three things to hit him over the head with, but even when I do them all over again, it doesn't help..
