Deadeye Dave is blind but can recognise people by smell. Spray him with something that remindes him about Pegnose Pete and you will get more info from Dave.

One hint is that you sniff on something Pete dropped in the bank. That will give you a clue about the mixture you need.

Look at this file. Does it contain a time table with directions like N E S W ?

Pete doesn't remeber the addresses. That's what the files are for.

 

In other words, the file is the instructions... assuming you have the right file.

I've got the clock and the address to Pegnose hut, but, when i try to walk east at 1:10 at the swamp, it makes me get back to the map of Lucre Island. What can i do?Should i stand somewhere special to avoid walking around?
