Anyhow, I take it you already tried the .NET framework? What version of Windows do you have? - Star Admiral Thank you, Star Admiral for your kind welcome and guidance. So, my issue concerns all the obvious facts why a program wouldn't work being eliminated. That means, I have ruled out .NET framework(I have 1.1 sp1, 2.0 sp2, 3.0 sp2, 3.5 sp1).
