Noobs and Clans

I have a question: Why can't noobs and clans live in peace?

 

Here are the drives of being a noob summarized to two reasons:

 

1. A quick way of theologically getting on top if you have no time to train for the game.

 

2. Noobs hate virus writers. (Almost always in a clan)

 

I know that # 2 is correct because some clans, namely, DE, and a clan member of a clan I never heard of, Fatality, has openly stated that they wish to infect peoples' computers. They say that they wish to do so due to the other person's noobing; but I am almost certain that writing viruses is against the law.

 

And here is some evidence of why noobs still exist:

 

1. The developers deliberately put the noob weapons on the maps. And I'm pretty sure they knew about it because they included them again with the patch, and

 

2. there are no mods to stop noob weapons from spawning.

 

So please, if you can, explain why there can't be peace, and exactly why all noobs *must* be a non-noob.
