Andrei Gijgorev
I have changed many entries in the dialog.tlk for a mod, especially feat descriptions. Is it possible to load this modified dialog.tlk in a way that only the altered entries overwrite the original ones, to make my mod as compatible as possible with other mods that also modify the dialog.tlk? Not that I'm aware. But you could probably use a TLK patching utility (like TSLPatcher) to add new entries for your modified text strings to the user's dialog.tlk file and have it update 2DA/GFF files to point to the new strings. That would probably be the best way of making it compatible with other mods in case those re-use strings. Kind of depends on the situation/mod how viable that is.
