How do I setup a server?

Greetings fellow masters and padawan,

 

I have been playing this game for six years, but I retired a few months after I started playing. I just reinstalled my game and can not find the classic oldschool full force and saber communitys or councils. So I have decided to buy my own VPS(Virtual Private Server) and start one up. Please post here exactly what I need to do.

 

I need instructions on how to setup a 24/7 server.

 

Note: I did not find any threads that actually helped me with this. Please help, also provide links to files I may need.

Good luck! We really need more servers, especially ones running Siege (use OJP Basic so you don't have to wait for people, and have bots that can route through the maps), and NOT limited only to sabers/dueling.
